DAY 1
-
The morning service started by 8 am with an expository teaching on
Wealth and Wisdom by the Guest Minister, Rev. Goodwill Adogho,
Senior Pastor and General Overseer Word Of Grace Ministries Agbor,
Delta State, Nigeria. He described wisdom as an Ability to use
common sense in an uncommon way to achieve uncommon results. He made
the people understand that wisdom separates the ordinary people from
the extraordinary people stating that if God must do your bidding,
you must do his bidding. The morning session did not come to an end
without the people pouring out their hearts in true worship and
praise to God as evident in their giving. God really moved in
mysterious ways as the eye of those presents at the meeting were
opened to vital truths concerning wealth and wisdom in God’s
Kingdom. Everyone was indeed blessed and were all waiting anxiously
and expectantly for the evening session as the morning session
finally came to a close.
The evening session started by 6:00 PM
with inspiring sessions of praise and worship led by the
Choir.
The Guest Minister in continuation of the
teaching series, told the
people to apply the wisdom of giving as one of the principles of
getting blessed by God. He revealed to the people that
whatever
leaves your hand determines what enters back in that until something
leaves earth, nothing leaves heaven. He said that God is in a hurry
to make his people better. More lives were revived and many
expressed their gratitude and total obedience to God as regards
giving and sowing.
In Attendance were also Pastors, Nathaniel Ufor a Minister with the
Redeemed Christian Church
from Eket in Akwa Ibom state Nigeria
, Andrew Ogba and Steve Emon.
Day 2
The Guest
Minister
continued his teaching on Wealth and Wisdom by explaining
the relationship between
the person of Jesus
and his principles. He
made the people understand that if you must enjoy prosperity, you
must keep the principles so that you can enjoy the promises. He
said that the Person of Jesus prepares you for heaven while his
principles
makes you wealthy on earth.
He identified giving as one of the principles of Jesus that is
salient secret to prosperity saying that whatever leaves your hand
never leaves your life that it only enters into your future to speak
for you in times of need.
Day 3:
When the people gathered again for the
grand
finale and last meeting
of the convention, the host of heaven came down again as it enjoyed
the sweet smelling savour of the high praise and worship that shook
the entire Ejigbo community and its environs.
The Guest Speaker, Rev. Goodwill Adogho expressed the dire need for
everyone to develop a wealthy mentality as this is the only panacea
for living in prosperity as prosperity is not the depth of a man’s
pocket but the depth of one’s mentality because it is your reasoning
that
makes
your season.
Of
a truth, the 2009 Wealth and Wisdom Convention was not one of those
meetings. It was a 3 – day meeting of 4- encounters with
the Almighty
God of Wealth and Wisdom. The people were so touched
that they ministered unto God in great measures as they parted with
cars, jewelries, money and other of their priceless valuables
reaching to God and tapping into the realm of divine wealth, Wisdom
and prosperity.
It
is a settled matter that Rhema Impact as a Ministry together with
all that were part of the convention is set for an unprecedented
harvest of wealth, wisdom and glory in the days ahead.
It was indeed an encounter with the God of all flesh.
All that came from
within and outside Lagos, Port Harcourt, Eket and other
parts of Nigeria truly attested to the fact that Wealth and Wisdom
Convention 2009 will never be forgotten in a hurry.
